INSURANCE: NEW PATIENTS
At this time, we are currently only accepting new patients referred from our specialists and people who have family members already established at our practice and have been active within the last 2 years. FOR NEW PATIENTS referred from our specialists, we are only accepting Delta Dental insurance, Metlife, Aetna, Assurant, Dentemax, and Humana lnsurance. We are accepting self-pay patients. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (VISA, MC, and Discover). We do NOT take American Express.
For “current” parents….As of January 1st, 2020, we are not accepting any new BCBS dental insurance. If you “currently” have BCBS, we will continue to file your insurance. As of January 1, 2023, we will no longer accept or file claims to BCBS dental insurance company altogether.

Later in the year, as space allows, we may accept more insurance companies.
We do NOT accept any Medicaid, HMO or DMO insurances.
The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or complete an online appointment request.
If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our patient forms page to download our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and a few major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
