COMING EASTBOUND FROM C-470, EXIT ONTO YOSEMITE ST. GOING SOUTH (RIGHT TURN). WE ARE LOCATED ABOUT 2 MILES SOUTH OF C-470. WE ARE ON THE RIGHT SIDE IN THE LONE TREE MEDICAL BLDG. (The pink building where the Urgent Care Center is located!)

For current patients, our office is NOT A PROVIDER for Delta Dental Patient Direct. This is a version of Delta Dental of Colorado that they have adopted. 

We do NOT accept any Medicaid, HMO or DMO insurances. We are NOT accepting United Concordia, BCBS, or any other insurance which uses Dental Network of America fee schedule. Any current patient of our practice who already has United Concordia which uses the Dental Network of America fee schedule is grandfathered in.
